Promotion Platform User Agreement

Service Overview

This agreement is between you and Hangzhou Yuanxingke Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") operating the Yuanxingke Promotion Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") regarding the use of promotion services. Using this Platform's services indicates that you accept all terms of this agreement.

  • Platform provides e-commerce product promotion services, helping promoters earn commission income
  • Platform connects upstream e-commerce channels with promotion users
  • Platform handles commission calculation, settlement, withdrawal and other services

Account and Eligibility

Registration Requirements

Registering an account requires meeting the following conditions:

  • At least 18 years old with full civil capacity
  • Provide true and accurate personal identity information
  • Comply with relevant laws and regulations

Account Security

You are responsible for account security:

  • Keep account password safe, do not share with others
  • Notify Platform immediately if account is compromised

Promotion Conduct Guidelines

When promoting products, follow these guidelines:

  • Promotion content must be true and accurate, no false advertising
  • Do not induce users to make non-authentic purchases
  • Do not use fraudulent methods such as fake orders or cheating
  • Do not infringe others' intellectual property or portrait rights

Commission Settlement Rules

Commission is calculated and settled based on promotion results:

Commission Calculation

Commission amount is determined by:

  • Product type and commission rate (rates vary per product)
  • Actual converted orders from promotion channels
  • Order status (must be confirmed received, no refund, etc.)

Settlement and Withdrawal

Commission settlement and withdrawal rules:

  • Monthly settlement, fixed date each month for previous month's commission
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is subject to platform page notice
  • Withdraw to verified bank account or Alipay

Prohibited Actions

The following actions seriously violate the agreement, Platform will take corresponding measures:

  • False promotion, exaggerated claims, misleading consumers
  • Fake orders, self-buying self-promoting, fictitious transactions
  • Using automated tools to simulate promotion behavior
  • Malicious attacks on Platform system or others' accounts
  • Promoting illegal products or content
  • Leaking or stealing others' personal information

Violations will result in commission clearing, account banning. Serious cases will be handed over to judicial authorities.

Account Termination

We have the right to terminate your account under the following circumstances:

  • Seriously violating prohibited actions in this agreement
  • Account inactive for more than 12 months
  • You voluntarily apply for account cancellation

Intellectual Property

Platform content and brand belong to us:

  • Platform Logo, name, interface design, etc. belong to Platform
  • Promotion materials such as product images belong to original merchants

Disclaimer

We do not assume responsibility for the following situations:

  • System failures due to force majeure
  • Commission changes due to upstream channel issues
  • Losses due to user's own operational errors

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties should negotiate amicably. If negotiation fails, litigation may be filed at the People's Court where Platform is located.

Terms Updates

We may update this agreement. Major changes will be notified via App or website announcement. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
